The Controlled Drug Register (pharmacy/pages/controlled_register.php) is the mandatory register for Schedule H1 and Schedule X drugs under India's Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 — restricted to the head_pharmacist role given its regulatory sensitivity.

Step-by-step

Go to Controlled Drug Register.
Filter by drug and/or month to review entries.
Each entry shows the drug, strength/unit, batch number, who entered it, and (where applicable) a witnessing staff member.
New entries are recorded whenever a controlled drug is dispensed or adjusted, feeding this register automatically from those workflows.
