Online Orders (pharmacy/pages/online_orders.php) gives pharmacy staff full visibility into online Store orders that drew on real pharmacy stock. Before this page existed, the only trace of an online sale inside the pharmacy portal was an anonymous "Dispensed" line in a drug's Adjustments tab — no order number, no patient name, no status, and no way to distinguish an online sale from a walk-in dispense.

What this page shows

For every relevant online order:

  • Order and dispatch dates, and current status.
  • Line items with batch and expiry detail.
  • A link to the actual invoice.
  • Patient contact details.
  • The linked prescription, if the order required one.
  • Who reviewed/verified the order.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Online Orders.
  2. Review the list of store orders involving pharmacy-linked products.
  3. Open an order to see full detail, verify prescription requirements were met, and confirm batch/expiry used.

Common issues & fixes

this would suggest an older code path bypassed the Online Orders integration; flag to IT/support since it undermines traceability.
this should be resolved before dispensing further against that order, per your pharmacy's compliance requirements.
