Pharmacy Reports (pharmacy/pages/reports.php) covers dispense history summaries and stock reports, with CSV export and print support. Related standalone print views handle specific documents: Invoice Print, External Rx Print, and Purchase Order View/Print.

Step-by-step: generating a report

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Set the date range and, optionally, filter by a specific drug.
  3. Review dispense/stock summaries on screen.
  4. Use Export CSV to download the data (reflecting the same date/drug filters) for use in a spreadsheet.
  5. Use Print for a formatted hard copy where needed.

Printing specific documents

  • Invoice Print — a pharmacy sale invoice, printable directly.
  • External Rx Print — the walk-in/external prescription record.
  • Purchase Order View — full PO details, printable for supplier records.

Common issues & fixes

check the date range and drug filter aren't unintentionally narrowing the export.
use your browser's print preview/PDF option; layouts are styled for standard print, similar to the main app's invoice printing.
