Calendar Sync — Google Calendar & Cal.com

Each clinician can connect their personal Google Calendar or Cal.com account so that MindFlow appointments sync both ways: bookings made in MindFlow block time on the external calendar, and events blocked externally (personal appointments, days off) are pulled in as blocked slots that prevent double-booking in MindFlow.

Google Calendar (`?page=google-calendar-settings`)

  1. An admin first configures the app-level Google client credentials (shared with Google Sign-In setup).
  2. Each doctor visits their own settings page and connects their personal Google account.
  3. Once connected, upcoming blocked slots pulled from Google appear listed (next 7 days), and MindFlow appointments get a linked Google Calendar event ID.
  4. Sync can be toggled on/off independently of the connection itself.

Cal.com (`?page=calcom-settings`)

  1. Each doctor connects their personal Cal.com account.
  2. Once connected, blocked slots and synced appointments (with their Cal.com booking reference) are shown.
  3. Sync can be toggled on/off.

Common issues & fixes

try reconnecting; check that the app-level client ID/secret is configured (admin-only setting) if the connect button doesn't work at all.
sync must be enabled, not just connected; check the sync toggle.
confirm the appointment's doctor is the one with the calendar connected; sync is per-user, not clinic-wide.
