Getting Started

Logging In to MindFlow

The login screen is the entry point for all staff (doctors, nurses, front-desk, admins). MindFlow supports three ways to sign in:

  1. Email/username + password — the classic method.
  2. Google Sign-In — one-tap login using a linked Google account (if enabled by the clinic admin).
  3. OTPless mobile login — headless OTP verification sent to a registered mobile number, with a fallback flow if the SDK fails to load (e.g., offline or blocked script).

If an account is shared across multiple clinics/identities, the login flow will show an account chooser so the user can pick which profile to log into.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to the login page (?page=login).
  2. Choose a login method (password, Google, or mobile OTP tab).
  3. Enter credentials or complete the OTP challenge.
  4. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled for the account, you'll be redirected to the 2FA verification step.
  5. On success, you land on your Dashboard, scoped to your role's permissions.

Common issues & fixes

the OTPless SDK may not have loaded yet (network/ad-blocker). Wait a moment; a classic-login fallback link appears automatically.
check that the correct clinic/tenant is being accessed; multi-clinic setups use separate subdomains or slugs.
use the "Forgot password" link, see related article.
contact an admin with manage_users permission to unlock or reset the account.
