Publishing Medicines to the Online Store

Head pharmacists store-bridge online-store publish-products pharmacy

The Store Bridge page (pharmacy/pages/store_bridge.php) is where a pharmacist publishes specific drugs from the pharmacy catalog into the clinic's public online Store, and reviews prescriptions patients have uploaded when ordering prescription-required medicines online. Requires the store-bridge permission.

Step-by-step: publishing a drug

  1. Go to Online Store — Publish & Prescriptions.
  2. Select the drug from the pharmacy catalog.
  3. Set an online price (or leave blank to use a default) and mark it active.
  4. Publish — the drug now appears as a purchasable product in the clinic's online Store.

Reviewing uploaded prescriptions

For medicines that require a prescription to purchase online, review the patient-uploaded prescription image/file before approving the order to proceed (see also Online Orders for full order-level detail).

Common issues & fixes

requires the store-bridge permission.
confirm it was marked active; also check Store Administration settings for anything blocking visibility.
use professional judgment per your pharmacy's protocol; you can decline to fulfill an order pending a clearer prescription.
