UDS Tracking (ipd/pages/uds_tracking.php) schedules and records Urine Drug Screen tests for de-addiction patients — used to monitor abstinence and detect use of non-prescribed substances during the admission. Requires ipd_nursing_charts.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to UDS Tracking for the admission.
  2. Schedule a screen (date/time) or record results for a completed test.
  3. Enter which substances were tested and the result for each (positive/negative).
  4. Note the staff member who collected/recorded the sample.
